STAIRs will be introduced in two parts:
Part one
From October 2026, key information about how we manage homes including things like repairs, safety checks and performance must be published.
Most of the information we need to publish for STAIRs is already available on our website. We’ve made a start on gathering this information into one place to make it easier to access. This information will be continually updated so you always know where to find it out what’s happening with your Orbit services and how we’re doing.
Part two
From April 2027, you’ll be able to make a written request to us for information on things you’d like to know about. We’re working hard to make sure that we can respond to all requests within the 30-day timeframe set by STAIRs, from next April. Further details will follow, and we’ll let you know when this service is available.
