To help us understand how urgent the problem is, we’ll look at a few different things, for example, how widespread the damp or mould is, or if it’s in a bedroom.

We’ll also consider the people who live in your house, like if there’s anyone who’s elderly or has health risks, or babies and young children, and so on.
