Neighbourhood Managers have replaced Property Managers and Tenancy Services Officers. We have brought these two roles together so our colleagues in your area can provide you with greater support.
Neighbourhood Managers now cover a smaller area than previous Property Managers and Tenancy Services Officers. This means they can spend more time in your community and provide you with a more local service.

Want to speak to your Neighbourhood Manager? They are aiming to visit your area regularly to meet with customers and carry out estate inspections – which you are welcome to join. They will let you know when they are due to visit..
If you live in a Later Living or Supported Housing scheme your Scheme Officer or Manager will continue to be your go-to person for anything relating to your home, tenancy, and community.
You are also welcome to join Neighbourhood Managers on estate inspections and can talk to them about any issues you may have if they are out and about in your community.
The introduction of Neighbourhood Managers is part of our Everyday Excellence plan and is just one of the changes we are making so we can deliver the best service to you and all our customers.
